Mr Phadnis has been fantastic right from the very first consultation. He has explained the situation with my shoulder and his proposal for surgery in a very clear and easily understandable way. Following an accident that resulted in significant damage to the left shoulder rotator cuff that initially was thought to require a replacement joint, Mr Phadnis performed repair surgery that has now given me back normal use of the arm again, for which I am very thankful. I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Phadnis, his manner is engaging and very helpful, being keen to answer questions and to explain the pros and cons of the options available. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
